What our customers say about us

" Shift Media designed and ran a session on 'focus groups' for 6 members of our marketing and production teams. They were very flexible in putting together the scope for the session and the agenda was customised to meet our objectives and specific requirements. The day was thoroughly planned and well executed. Feedback from our participants was extremely positive; they found the session very insightful and useful (particularly the practical, mock focus group) and the trainers were highly proficient. They all now feel they have some excellent techniques and 'best practice' examples to use in successfully planning and moderating focus groups.   "
