Ethics

At Shift Learning we are constantly striving to ensure our company is doing good things, not only for our clients but for the world in general. They may be small but sometimes its small things that can make a big difference. You can read about our ethics policies below.

Environment
On a yearly basis we off-set the carbon emissions generated by a Farringdon office and the travel undertaken by staff. All our office waste is recycled and we are currently looking at making sure all our printing is done on recycled paper.

Charity Donations
We often suggest our clients use donations to charity as incentives for research. As a result of this we have generated over £10,000 of charitable donations to organisations such as Medicine sans frontier, The Red Cross, Oxfam and Macmillan Cancer Care on our clients' behalf.

We also suggest our clients donate to charity before downloading our free white papers, our justgiving site has so far raised £60 but we hope to raise more with the release of our new series of white papers.

Our Clients
We work for each of our clients in absolute confidence. In our market research work we follow the Market Research Society code of conduct. Click here for details of these MRS guidelines.

What our customers say about us

" I can't thank Helene and the team at Shift Learning enough for the excellent work carried out on such a major research project. From the start, the project has been managed and planned with great expertise and knowledge. The attention to detail, ability to shift gear as we went along as necessary and to provide updates all along the way has been second to none. The final reporting and presentation has provided much more than we had originally hoped for this project, giving us a wealth of detailed knowledge analysis and understanding of the market place and project which will be invaluable to the team here and for product development. I would whole-heartedly recommend Shift Learning for future market research projects and it has been a pleasure to work with Helene and the team. "
