Jolene ImberJolene also works on many of the qualitative research projects, with a particular interest in usability and search engine optimisation, and has an increasing role in managing teams during field work as well as analysing both qualitative and quantitative data.

What our customers say about us

" I can't thank Helene and the team at Shift Learning enough for the excellent work carried out on such a major research project. From the start, the project has been managed and planned with great expertise and knowledge. The attention to detail, ability to shift gear as we went along as necessary and to provide updates all along the way has been second to none. The final reporting and presentation has provided much more than we had originally hoped for this project, giving us a wealth of detailed knowledge analysis and understanding of the market place and project which will be invaluable to the team here and for product development. I would whole-heartedly recommend Shift Learning for future market research projects and it has been a pleasure to work with Helene and the team. "
