Jolene Imber – Research Executive
Jolene joined Shift Learning in the autumn of 2010 after graduating from the University of York with a BSc in Biology. Jolene’s degree involved a strong research component and she has taken her statistical knowledge even further to work on a variety of our quantitative projects including running complex statistical analysis on user data for a large multi-methodology project with one of the leading medical publishers in the UK, and conjoint and cluster analysis on complex user segments.
Jolene also works on many of the qualitative research projects, with a particular interest in usability and search engine optimisation, and has an increasing role in managing teams during field work as well as analysing both qualitative and quantitative data.
Â
Jolene has a lot of experience analysing existing data to look for market opportunities and trends and a talent of spotting the story within the numbers. She is currently studying for an MSc in Policy Analysis and Evaluation at the Institute of Education.Â
