Shift Learning uses only the best freelancers in the industry. Although all our projects are managed in-house, we have a carefully selected and highly experienced team of freelance telephone interviewers, recruiters, moderators, proof readers and web editors who we use regularly.
Many have been with us since we started. This means that they understand the work that we do, the sectors in which we work and the needs of our clients.
We have a team of multi-lingual freelancers and have recently conducted interviews in English, Polish, Spanish, Swedish, German, French, Arabic, Bangla, Urdu and Turkish. All our freelancers are educated to degree level.
