Much of the research work we do at Shift Learning involves Computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) or in-depth telephone interviews. We have a highly experienced team of telephone interviewers who we use regularly in research projects with our clients. This means that they are used to talking to professionals in all areas of education and in getting the most out of every interview.Â
We use SNAP survey software to help with computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI): a technique in which the interviewer follows a script on-screen. This speeds up collection and data entry times as well as improving the accuracy and appropriateness of responses.Â
Shift Learning conducts much of our telephone research internationally, particularly with respondents in Europe, the US, the Middle East and Asia.Â
We have a team of multi-lingual telephone interviewers and have recently conducted interviews in English, Polish, Spanish, Swedish, German, French, Arabic, Bangla, Urdu and Turkish.
