Susan McKenna -Research Executive 

Susan joined Shift Learning in late 2009. However, before then she had been freelancing with us on and off for over five years. 

Susan is responsible for editing many of the websites we publish, including the huge and complex site for David Jobber's Principles of Marketing, 6th edition. She is also involved in many of our research projects, using her excellent skills for both recruitment and telephone interviewing. More recently, Susan has been in charge of managing, moderating and analysing a number of our large scale qualitative research projects.
