A one-day introduction to planning and running effective usability tests for your websites and electronic products.

True user-centred design can only be achieved through increased knowledge of the customer. Usability testing can show you how your customers are using your website or electronic product and help you to design with their needs in mind. You don’t need a lot of expensive equipment or a 2-way mirror to gain invaluable information from usability testing. This course will give you the skills and confidence to run your own usability tests in a cost effective way.
