Misha manages both quantitative and qualitative projects across a wide range of sectors and countries. She enjoys working on mixed-method projects and has particular expertise with schools sector research as well as other areas such as brand perceptions, new product development and membership research.

Misha is skilled in various qualitative methods such as depth interviewing, usability tests and online and face-to-face focus groups. She is also proficient in quantitative methods and analysis, including advanced techniques such as cluster analysis and Key Drivers analysis. Misha is also skilled in data analysis and creating visual and engaging reports for clients. Misha holds the MRS Advanced Certificate in Market and Social Research (Exam: Distinction, Coursework: Merit).

Misha has been involved in a number of different projects for various clients which includes Oxford University Press, Macmillan Education, Rising Stars, Association for Project Management, University of Surrey and Cass Business School.

Misha is also responsible for managing a supplementary school for primary aged children with the organisation Civitas Schools, where she also teaches supplementary maths lessons. She has a Master’s in Economics from SOAS, University of London and for her dissertation she chose to analyse the impact of India’s education policy on its underprivileged groups. She also has an undergraduate degree in Economics and Geography from Queen Mary, University of London, where she developed valuable qualitative and quantitative research skills.
